How long does the order process take?
From the time that we have final image approval as well as payment/shipping information, we’ll have your order out to FedEx within 3-5 business days.
How long does it take to ship?
Depending on your location, FedEx Ground will have your order delivered within 1-10 business days. Please call to make special arrangements for expedited shipping.
How do I pay for your services?
You have two methods of payment. Once you’ve selected one of our images to be created as a Wall Mural and entered your information into our order form, you’ll be given a total. At that point you can continue on and immediately pay for your order via PayPal. Your products will not print until we receive final approval from you.
You may also order offline by calling us at 845-238-8629, and we can take all of your information over the phone. This is the standard method for any orders where you would simply prefer offline as opposed to online. We accept check or money order but prefer PayPal.
Custom Wall Mural Payments:
Online Wall Mural orders will be paid in full at time of order. If you wish to order offline, you may opt for a 50% deposit at time of order, the remainder to be billed at time of shipment. Orders damaged in shipping will be reprinted at no charge when the carrier is liable. All other cancellations will be refunded 50% when product is returned. Please call for a return authorization number. These products are customized to your specific design needs and therefore impossible to resell.

On occasion an error occurs in shipping or inaccurate pricing is displayed. If an error occurs we will quickly and happily refund the difference.
